Teresa Tisserat is an artist based outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Originally hailing from the Colorado Rocky Mountains, she is inspired by nature, energy, movement and elements, often resulting in abstract pieces that hint at familiar shapes, objects and scenery.

As a former art consultant and marketing director with degrees in studio art, psychology, marketing and public relations, she puts intentionality and functionality into each piece to ensure designs resonate across myriad home-design and product concepts. That's why Tisserat's vision translates to digital designs and tangible items like home decor, apparel and novelties for pets.

Tisserat is trained across mediums ranging from photography to digital art and drawing to painting. She loves creating mixed-media pieces, where her work often features more than one texture.

Teresa’s photography, paintings, accessories and mixed-media canvases have been published in books, are part of permanent installations in hospitals across the United States and have sold in boutiques and chain-furniture stores.
